Report what you found

Been here? Say whether this page was right. A volunteer reads every report before anything changes, and nothing you write is published as-is.

Overall, was the listing right? (required)

Optional. Today or earlier.

Details — answer what you can
Were the hours correct?
Was the address correct?
Was food available?
Did food run out while you were there?
Were you asked for ID?
Were you asked for proof of residency?
Were you asked for a referral?
Did you need an appointment?

Closure reports go to the top of the review queue. The listing is only changed after someone confirms with the provider.

Up to 1,000 characters. Never published as written; a moderator reads it.

Kept private and deleted 30 days after review. See privacy.

No account needed.

Attach a photo

Add a photo of this place

A picture of the building, the sign or the door helps someone know they are in the right place. A volunteer checks every photo before it appears.

Please do not photograph people. Nobody should have to worry that collecting food will put them in a picture on the internet.

A photo of the building, the sign, the entrance or the posted hours is what helps someone find the door.

JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 6 MB. iPhone HEIC photos need to be shared or exported as JPEG first.

Helps the volunteer describe the picture. Never published as you wrote it.
